1.     Obligation/fees and

2.    Do we need your Social Security Number (SSN)?

·        First – Completing the application does not constitute a contract nor does it obligate you to complete the financing for which you are applying. It does however, allow for a credit only approval which simplifies the entire process and puts in the best position of strength for both locking rates and/or making an offer on a new home. There is also no;

                            - Application Fee

                            - Locking Fee or

                            - Cancelation Fee

·        Second – No, we do not need your SSN at this time. We will request this from you personally to insure your protection. When promted to give your SSN simply use 111-11-1111 for the main borrower and 222-22-2222 for the co-borrower if applicable.

When completing your application online you can take your time and complete your application whenever it’s convenient for you. And, you can always save your work and come back and complete it later when you need to.
